The CMP PRATSA difference

CMP PRATSA's U-Bolts and End Threaded Rods are manufactured through a process that was developed by CMP. The process starts with a proprietary micro-alloyed steel. The steel is then drawn through a special cold working process that produces mechanical properties suitable for cold-formed high strength U-Bolts and End Threaded Rods.

With CMP PRATSA U-Bolts or with those made from CMP PRATSA End Threaded Rods, there are no quench cracks, no surface scaling, no warped or twisted legs.

The result is a quick-assembly installation with excellent torque tension characteristics for long operating performance.
