CMP PRATSA, S.A. de C.V., was established in October 1997 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, as the result of a joint venture between CONSOLIDATED METAL PRODUCTS, INC. and PRATSA, S.A. de C.V.

CMP is the world's largest and only full-line manufacturer of high-strength U-bolts for vehicular leaf spring and air suspensions.

PRATSA is a company which has been servicing customers of the automotive industry since 1983, developing first class products using state-of-the-art technology.
